LEADING THROUGH CHANGE AND POWERING GROWTH AT
ATLANTIC GEOCONSTRUCTION HOLDINGS
“The leadership summit and development program were game-changers. They allowed us to create a unified vision and break down the silos that were hindering our progress. We're now seeing the benefits of collaboration across the organization which has led to significant growth.”
- Guido Pellegrino, CEO
THE CHALLENGE
Following an acquisition, Atlantic Geoconstruction Holdings’ leadership faced the challenge of integrating two distinct company cultures. To unlock the full growth potential of the company, leaders across the organization needed to overcome resistance to change, communication breakdowns, and impediments to cross-functional collaboration. Along with our partner agency, Hatch, we worked with the AGH team to align vision, deepen collaboration, and drive success across the combined organization.
OUR WORK
We started the integration process by gaining a deep understanding of the current situation. In-depth interviews with senior leaders from both companies and an organization-wide survey revealed key obstacles to realizing the full potential of the merger. These insights shaped a transformative two-day leadership summit focused on creating a shared vision for the company’s future.
To help sustain lasting change, we provided six months of ongoing support through monthly workshops and targeted coaching, helping leaders develop and maintain new ways of working together and unifying their organizational practices.
TRANSFORMATIVE RESULTS
As a result of the leadership summit, workshops, and ongoing support, leadership built strong working relationships, expanded critical capabilities, and significantly improved communication and alignment across teams. The company exceeded financial projections by the end of the program and established a foundation for significant growth through cross-company collaboration.
