THE OPPORTUNITY

The Federal Reserve Bank recognized the need to proactively invest in its leadership pipeline by developing high-potential employees, newer people managers, and prospective managers for future senior roles.  The goal was to build a strong bench of highly effective leaders and managers, preparing the next generation to guide the organization.

OUR APPROACH

We partnered with the L&D team to redesign “Accelerate,” a transformative six-month leadership development designed for the Federal Reserve Bank's rising leaders. The program combined essential leadership capabilities - from building trust and psychological safety to leading through change - with practical tools that participants could apply immediately. Through cohort learning and hands-on practice, these high-potential managers developed the self-awareness, coaching skills, and adaptive leadership mindset needed to accelerate their impact.

THE OUTCOME

The “Accelerate” program was successful, earning high NPS scores and strong endorsements from bank leadership and participants. Many program participants have since been promoted to more senior roles, demonstrating increased leadership confidence, effectiveness, and performance.
