Our Architecting Excellence program leverages the most up-to-date research from positive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and organizational design to deliver high-impact skills training to emerging and experienced leaders. This highly customized program revolves around empirically validated skills demonstrated to improve engagement, performance, and client outcomes, while reducing turnover.
This high-touch program relies on a variety of learning methods including interactive presentations, breakout activity sessions, role play, and independent skill practice to increase practical knowledge and skill mastery.
This program has been designed to specifically address the challenges of leading diverse teams in remote and hybrid environments. We will teach your people managers to lead effectively and take their team’s output to the next level.
Architecting Excellence: Delivering People Success
Our Architecting Excellence program will focus first on building alignment around the values and leadership priorities that will drive the success of the organization. Next, through the development of core leadership skills and the optimization of the employee experience, we will leverage this alignment to grow the capabilities of your people leaders, drive collaboration across teams, and increase the quality of outcomes for clients.
The Process

The first Phase will evaluate the current challenges and opportunities of your people leaders. We will
engage the full team for a comprehensive view of leadership with a focus on the effectiveness of
people managers. This will allow us to clearly define the current state of the organization and the path
to high-performance and growth. We will also position the team for successful change through clear
alignment on your goals and values.
This phase serves the dual purposes of drawing participants into the process through co-creation and
defining the outcomes that will guide the rest of the program.Phase 1 includes:
• Leadership Benchmark – full team survey
• Individual team member interviews (up to 10 total)
• Review of existing people and cultural materials
• Senior team VIA Character Strengths Assessments
• Two 2-hour senior team working sessions:

• Your Values in Action
• Discovery Report and Recommendations

Building on the foundation of Phase 1, this phase will introduce team members to the Core Skills that increase employee engagement, collaboration, and performance.
Phase 2A includes:
• CEO Leadership Circle Profile 360 and Development Plan
• Six 2-hour customized Core Skills Workshops for people leaders to be determined.Potential topics include:

Conversations• 50 hours of individual and/or group coaching
• Development of Challenge Circles for ongoing peer support and coaching -
This phase will focus on honing the structural and tactical components of your Employee Experience to position the company for high-performance and continued growth.
Phase 2B includes:
• Mapping of entire Employee Experience including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit
• Audit of exiting procedures and resources (e.g. interview guides, onboarding program, performance review templates, etc.)
• Delivery of Employee Experience Report including recommendations for process redesign and adjustments as needed
• TBD redesign of highest value frameworks and best practices based on Employee Experience Report -
In this Phase we will train your lead facilitator on Core Skills Workshop programs and prepare them to independently lead future delivery. By building in-house leadership development expertise, we will position you to succeed at scale as the team continues to grow and develop.
Phase 2C includes:
• Creation and licensing of instructional content and skill integration guides for Core Skills Workshops
• Six 1-hour train-the-trainer coaching sessions focused on content expertise and delivery technique
• Leadership Circle Profile 360 and Targeted Development Plan
*Phases 2A, 2B, and 2C will happen concurrently
Foundations of Leadership
Our Foundations of Leadership program leverages the most up-to-date research from positive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and organizational design to deliver high-impact skills training to emerging and experienced leaders. This highly customized program revolves around empirically validated skills demonstrated to improve engagement, performance, and client outcomes, while reducing turnover.
The cohort-based program design relies on a variety of learning methods including interactive presentations, breakout activity sessions, role play, and independent skill practice to increase practical knowledge and skill mastery. It can be delivered in-person or virtually and has been optimized to address the challenges of leading diverse teams in remote and hybrid environments.
Participants apply the skills right away in their daily work and begin to see results immediately.
Program Details
This workshop series will strengthen core leadership skills for both established and emerging leaders. Our goal is for attendees to not only build leadership skills individually, but also to improve the communication and effectiveness of the full team. To that end, we will incorporate specific themes and organizational challenges from your work into the training.
The program includes:
Kickoff meeting with key stakeholders to incorporate relevant language and examples into the trainings
Brief pre-workshop prep materials including videos, assessments, and worksheets
Post-workshop handouts and materials for skill practice, reflection, and integration into day-to-day work
